The large, cushioned, and easily adjustable seat provides comfort throughout each workout, while the non-slip handlebar and textured foot plates keep your grip and feet firmly in place.

This elliptical offers a full-body workout, allowing you to work various muscle groups in both your upper and lower body by simultaneously using the moveable handles and the non-slip foot pedals with adjustable straps. If you want a more focused workout, you can use the handles or foot pedals independently for a targeted upper or lower body burn.

With 8 levels of smooth and adjustable magnetic resistance, it's easy to modify the intensity to deliver the perfect workout challenge. The digital performance monitor allows you to track various fitness metrics during each workout, including time, speed, RPM, distance, calories, and resistance. You can also use the convenient pulse sensors on the seat's stationary handlebars to instantly view your pulse and exercise within your target heart rate range.

The centrally located device holder allows you to secure your phone or tablet, enabling you to stay entertained during your workouts and stream your favorite TV show, or dial in your exercise session with a trainer-led workout in the SunnyFit app.
